About

The Bootcamp Learning Strategies is a unique one day event allowing you to meet colleagues in the learning industry and to get involved by doing rather than listening. It is based on a successful model that has run three times in Montreal, Canada.

The theme is:  New skills for the new world of L&D

It has been curated by Nigel Paine, coach mentor and author (www.nigelpaine.com);  and Martin Couzins,  content strategist, curator, editor and producer from  Itsdevelopmental Ltd (www.itsdevelopmental.com).  They will both be your hosts for the day.

This  first UK event will be run in the Wallacespace in Clerkenwell Green.

This is definitely not another L&D conference!  The format has been designed to provide a full day of action and participation.
Engage with up to 100 like-minded people, discover talents you didn’t think you had and take time out to reflect on how you can transform your learning operation.

New skills for the new world of L&D

This is no ordinary conference! You will spend a day in the fabulous Wallacespace trying out three new skills. This is participative engaging practical and very hands-on. No big speakers, no PowerPoint!

Start with breakfast on us!

Gather together and meet our two curators:  Martin Couzins and Nigel Paine who will introduce the event and our other two workshop leaders.

Then you will move around three different workshops. You will have close to two hours for each one. This is time enough to do some serious work, learn and practice what you have learnt.

This is the best kind of networking where you will get to know your group and share with them the process of learning and engaging new ideas, skills, and techniques.
